utilizada, analizaremos su caso concreto para ofrecerle una mejor soluci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>La compra no debe haberse realizado hace m\u00e1s de 2 meses<\/li><li>No ha escaneado el c\u00f3digo QR<\/li><li>No han utilizado ning\u00fan dato del plan<\/li><li>Haber comprado la eSIM hace no m\u00e1s de 2 meses<\/li><li>Env\u00ede una captura de pantalla y la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para verificar la incompatibilidad o el bloqueo<\/li><li>Por favor, ponte en contacto con nuestro Equipo de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente en support@tip-america.com o a trav\u00e9s de nuestro chat para informar del problema de conexi\u00f3n.<\/li><li>No podemos garantizar el reembolso si se pone en contacto con nosotros despu\u00e9s del viaje.<\/li><li>En todos los dem\u00e1s casos, podr\u00e1 efectuarse un reembolso parcial o total (con una tasa administrativa de 5,00 USD) en funci\u00f3n de los datos que haya
